Healthy, delicious smoothie recipes

Smoothies can be the most delicious things in the world, AND the healthiest. It’s also a great, delicious alternative to eating gross, healthy vegetables! You can just disguise the nasty, healthy stuff, by adding yummy healthy things to it–and VOILA! Get in my belly.

“STARTING THE DAY” SMOOTHIE

Handful of strawberries

One banana

1/4 cup of milk

Handful of frozen berry mixture (you can find this at Costco)

Handful of frozen Kale (you can find this at Costco)

GREENS GALAPAGOS SMOOTHIE

Spinach

Kale

1/4 can of sliced pineapples slices (you can find canned, sliced pineapples in grocery stores)

Apple slices

Banana

Frozen fruit is optional

STRAWBERRY BANANA GOODNESS SMOOTHIE

Strawberries

Banana

Blueberries

1/4 cup of milk

MANGO – PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE YUM (Not my own, I got this from Pinterest)

1 cup of frozen (/fresh) diced mango (can be found at Costco)

1 cup of frozen diced pineapples

1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

MAKE YOUR OWN SMOOTHIE RECIPE:

Grab any fruit you have in your fridge/ freezer

Add any vegetable/s you have in your fridge/ freezer

Add protein powder if you’d like

Add Acai juice if you’d like

***Smoothie isn’t sweet enough? Add honey to make it sweeter.**
